Clinical Pilates

Our clinical Pilates classes are loved by many people.

these classes.

Senior Pilates Classes

Did you know that Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for senior citizens?  Since it's the ideal workout for senior citizens, many people around the city have been enjoying the benefits of Pilates. More often than not, seniors prefer this workout over running because Pilates is considered a low impact exercise. 

In fact, participating in this type of workout is one of the best ways for people in their 60s and 70s to stay in shape.  As a very gentle, low-impact workout, the class has been shown to promote optimal balance, strength, and agility among people in this age group.  Pilates can also relieve many symptoms of various conditions, enhance posture, and increase flexibility.

Pregnancy Pilates

​Many pregnant women enjoy doing Pilates. Why? The reason is simple. This popular exercise can drastically improve the strength of your core.

Once your core is significantly strengthened, you are more likely to experience a stress-free labour.  Not only will this great exercise strengthen your core, it will also strengthen your abdominal muscles, both of which will encourage a smooth delivery.  An extremely smooth pregnancy and delivery is what all mum's want, right?

Most people are unaware that Pilates can also be really beneficial after pregnancy. For instance, Pilates can help you get your pre-pregnancy body back.  Many new mums love Pilates because it's very adaptable.
